Hi all! I did workout A for the first time yesterday, just about made my through it but really struggling with the glute bridges! Feel like I just can't lift my bum off the floor, anyone else feel this or have any tips to get it moving😝? Thanks!xx

Practice makes it so much easier!! Yes bringing your feet closer to you buttocks and it should be easier xx

Yes keep your heels as close to your bum as comfortable. It will get easier as your body gets used to moving in different ways xx

Are your feet close enough to you? A good way to measure is lay your arms straight by your sides and have you heels touching your fingertips. Good luck and don't give up!xx
