I've fallen off the wagon and can't stop eating cake and chocolate. I just keep craving it any advise how to beat the cravings?

Thanks ladies. I think you a right. I just need to be strict for a few days. I've done it before when I started the programme. But now that I have finished and giving myself a few treats its easy to sink back into a treat everyday. Thanks for the support. X

I do too but agree with Agnes. I think it's a case of riding out the first few days. You can do it 😊xxx

I struggle with this a lot too, but it really really goes away after a few days when you resist it. In those first few days try having liquorice tea, cinnamon, I even like to have raw red peppers as they are sweet. Today I had strawberries, they are so sweet now! You're not alone, we can do this! Hello lovely! Why not start the day with porridge and add cinnamon as this stabilises blood sugar so you'll have less cravings. Also like the girls said there are alternatives that are healthier xx

How about making some sweet potato bread and having it with almond butter or hazelnut butter. It's amazing
