Anyone found the overnights oats too sweet?? Not sure if it's too much cinnamon or fruit? Might have to resort to my usual overnight oats recipe with less of both. But it's good to try new recipes I suppose X

Hi Frances, it could be the milk you are using - double check for any sugar in the ingredients. The cinnamon is great for blood sugar levels so don't worry about that and the berries are low GI and full of antioxidants but you can reduce these if it's too sweet for your liking 😘😘

Yeah, I found the overnight oats quite sweet too, I think it might be the rice milk as mine had 14g of natural sugar per 200ml, I might opt for almond milk instead. Great start to the week though, looking forward to the rest of the plan.
