I'm not sure if my last post worked. Anyway I need some advice on how to debloat. I'm suffering after every meal at the moment (apart from breakfast) and hate it :(

I always munch on veg when I'm cooking dinner so maybe that's where I am going wrong xx

Hello gorgeous, there are ways to help this. Stick to your three meals, eat slowly and always sitting down try not to eat standing up when cooking! Yoga always helps in strengthening the stomach. Then you can I corporate things like apple cider vinegar, ginger, lemon, miso and sauerkraut. A good mug of home made fresh chicken stock is great too xx

I get that but I now chew chew chew my food and it makes a big difference. Do you eat fast? Xx
