Hey Madeleine,thank you so much for all your inspiration! I have your books and I am now totally loving the glow guides app😍 I'm only on day 3 of week 1 and loving the workouts and the recipes. My problem is in the evening when I start to feel really hungry and more tired than usual - is this common? And will my body start to adapt to the portion sizes? Thank you.xxx
