In need of some advice please lovely folk. I seem to be really run down at the moment, keep getting sore throats back ache and constantly exhausted. I have to admit I've wandered off plan a bit lately, not sure how to find my spark again?❤️

Ah I'm sorry to hear that. I'm feeling a bit run down too. I try to just go with it and pick up the plan again. Walking helps me loads. Hugs 😘

Love all of support going on here ❤️ in terms of getting your spark back with food, try to get back on the plan and give up sugar, drink plenty of water and show yourself some love. When I'm feeling run down I love going for a walk in the park and getting some fresh air 😘

Start with small steps, I find it that once I start, it gets easier to continue. As to feeling run down, maybe try taking some vitamins or supplements? Vit D! ☀️ xx

Be gentle with yourself and take it easy for a few days. Try writing a gratitude list - reflect on the things you're grateful for today. No matter how small, it will help lift your spirits and refocus you. All the best 😘
