I do have off days don't worry - but I never feel make myself feel guilty and pick myself up, daily meditation really helps I find, and planning food every week. I found a lovely weekly template I can fill in with groceries and weekly food plan. The cook once eat twice philosophy means I don't fall short at lunch and I try to do something most days in terms of exercise with a days rest - even chilled yoga when super tired. I can get really low but this community is such an amazing support network! 🌻🌟 xx
