Ive just started week 4 and loving the plan. I am a wee bit frustrated at my lack of weight loss so far, but sleep and skin have definitely improved, plus I am enjoying food prep and exercise more than ever. I am hopeful that weight loss will come eventually as it is needed!

Hey ladies! Remember that muscle weighs more than fat so don't try to focus too much on the number on the scales. Focus on how you look and feel. The more exercise you do, the more muscle you'll build xx

I
Don't trust scales. They don't show your muscle fat, water retention , bone etc

I think Madeleine said the daily calories was around 1500 so if you're doing the exercise too then I'd be careful about cutting down too much as you'll be on too few calories!

Yes,the water too...I have been really struggling with bloating too since I've started the plan...thought my system just needed readjusting, but even after 4 weeks am still struggling-it's gotten much better since I've been eating less...sometimes I just skip breakfast or have a smoothie instead(which I did before the plan) and that seems to be working better for me.

I've definitely been feeling the need to snack less due to the large meals, which has been a bonus. I'm also drinking way more water than before so I'm wondering if this may part of the reason too.

I thought there was too much food too - It's probably OK if you're moving a lot all day but I have a desk job so need less food. This week I'm going to make smaller breakfasts and only have the snack if I need it. Even my hubbie was shocked by the size of the brekkie and he eats loads!

Lol!Am starting week 5 and feel the same!i noticed putting on a lot more muscle from the exercises but no fat loss..I'm finding that there is too much food in the plan.i can't eat it all and struggling preparing it all..so am just going to cut down on meals....see how that works...
