Would love to hear from people that work difficult hours about how you are fitting all of this in. Some days I work until after midnight, some days I start at 8am. I really struggle even getting out of bed when I have a late into an early shift. As much I would absolutely love to get in to a routine it just isn't going to happen! It makes having regular meals difficult too

I don't have shifts like you but I do have unpredictable work days as I have to travel a lot. I try and sandwich workouts between two unavoidable tasks. Usually just after I get in from work but before I eat so although it may be 6pm one day and 9pm another I know I have to do a workout before I can eat. That means I have some form of structure.
