Does everyone follow the exercise exactly to the guide or add in their own? I enjoy kettlebells and was thinking of adding in a few sessions of that a week?

I enjoy running so have been including that alongside yoga then maybe once/twice a week doing madelaine workout x

I do weights too, I love kettlebells especially! I just use programme as guide tbh Xx
