Anyone else seriously struggle to keep up with the workout?!

I struggled to keep up at first just because I didn't know what was coming next, and by the time I got into position they were 3 moves ahead! 😅 Felt a little long a repetitive for me, too. Hope I can stick with it. ☺

I really struggled and had to take breaks during it hoping I get better at it!!

struggled with the warm-up 😳 due to my inflexibility! 😂 but after that not too bad except for the dreaded burpees! I really enjoyed it and felt it was challenging enough for me. the weeks ahead should be fun though if this is the easy bit!

I loved it but I have been doing circuit exercises for quite some time now! I still found it tough though!! You'll get better at it, keep it up!

I agree the warm up was very fast paced and I am a keen exerciser! I love circuit 1 and found it right but as I said I am experiences as exercise a lot! I found circuit 2 was too short to really feel I had worked...

So glad to hear that you guys felt the same! Just need to keep at it. I've been very inactive (aka lazy) for a long time so it's bound to be tough. So looking forward to the yoga tomorrow, at least I know I can handle that

I have a plan , next time don't watch just listen, then you will naturally do it at your own pace ! 😀

To be honest it is only Day 1 it is totally understandable not to be able to keep up with the experienced, I wasnt able to complete all the sets either..

I felt so unfit but we just got to keep going for it will become easier and we will become stronger.. and more used to the workouts...

cant wait for yoga tomorrow at 6am..💗

I liked the pace due to thinking the quicker we do it the quicker I can relax but struggled the step ups. I'm lot more unfit than I realised. We can do it girls

Far too fast, Think it would have been better if they filmed a little slower for the first couple of weeks, A little de-motivating !

I'm with you on it being tough! I had to pause it for a longer break at some points. But like the other girls are saying, we're on day one, we can only get better! Looking forward to yoga tomorrow x

I'm glad it's not just me. The warm up, wow. And I didn't do the 4th set. I also had to take a little longer than 10 seconds to pause after certain exercises. But This is definitely out of mybexercise comfort zone which I like and I hope to get better. we'll see.

I almost admitted defeat too soon, it was just the warm up that I couldn't keep up with and got so frustrated! I went back to it and definitely struggled and didn't managed the full circuit but the pace of the actual work out was alright. I was expecting it to be tough but not quite that tough on the first day!

I really struggled today. It was too fast paced and didn't think warm up and cool down gave a lot of time to stretch. One sore shoulder. Felt much happier with the yoga. Hopefully I'll get better as time goes on.

It was definitely tough...but I'm just trusting in the fact that I will get better 🙏 I kind of want it to be hard so I see a real transformation. Keep persevering! As Shona says: no is watching and you can only improve! Glow Girl! X
