Morning everyone, just done the workout A and it was perfect. The first circuit was fantastic ( perfect length and rest for me to be challenging) but I found during the second circuit the exercises were too short; it could have been double the length to really start felling it working... I finished with the Sunday stretchy yoga as I know the more I do that one the better my running will be! Perfect way to start the week! Now time to give the dog his second walk, his long walk...
