Do any of you eat any snacks other than the snack given in the plan?

Yes if you feel you need an extra snack low GI fruit is fine xx

I used to work exhibitions too and know they can be super long days so defo arm yourself with tasty healthy treats to keep fueled up! xx

Thanks all. I'm at a conference Monday to Wednesday and I know I'll crash and burn if there are sweet temptations. I've got some of the 'naked' snacks to help keep me on track. Yesterday I was having a real slump (week 1 so I know I'm craving, but also don't think I'd had enough carbs as I'd done my workout in the morning and just had a slice of rye bread). Must listen to my body, just want to make the right choices.

I have fruit or sometimes an extra date ball if I'm hungry- can't have my stomach rumbling in meetings! X
