Hubbie has lost a stone since I've started eating healthily! He runs or goes to the gym every night and has been eating the lunch and dinners from plan (I've been giving him double the portions for dinner and adding in steak or chicken to the veggie meals for him). Guess the motto for me is not to skip the workouts! Couldn't admit to him that I've only lost 1lb lol

Wow how did you get him to do that! My other half will eat the healthy meals I make but I know he buys packets of biscuits to sneak take into work and gets a crappy fast food burger every few weeks at least. Can't get him to do any exercise!
