How do u stop yourself changing your mind u made a meal plan for week then change mind and rip page out and do another change. Can't keep still

Great idea doing 3 days at a time. It's good if you can do the meal plans, be excited about them and enjoy all the delicious food xx

I'm exactly the same. Try making plans for three days at a time, that way if you fancy something else it can go into the next three days. I try to plan to avoid having any food waste too. Means you have to shop more than once a week though.
