Is Pilates or yoga better for toning your tummy and creating a strong back? Xx

I do Pilates once or twice a week. It focuses a LOT on core strength. I still prefer yoga for other reasons but if you're looking to do some serious core work, definitely include some Pilates classes into your routine.
As with any other class, you have to find a good teacher. I had a few that were a bit too "relaxed" until I found the one who motivates me enough to make it to a 7am class.

I love both! Work on your breath too as this really pulls in your tummy muscles xx
