Sorry one more question! I have recently moved country to study abroad and get really homesick. I know you lived and studied in Australia so I was wondering if you have any tips for how to cope with homesickness?

Hi Maddy, I know you're not vegan but just wondering if you think it's better upon transitioning to becoming a vegan, if it's better to go cold turkey or gradually ease yourself into it? Something I've wanted to do for a long time but worry about doing it in an unhealthy way. I am already a vegetarian. (Ps I'm doing it for animal welfare!)

What do you recommend doing if you get a "binge attack" ,especially at pms-times?😳 I really enjoy the clean lifestyle and have no problems to quit sugar,but when it comes to this time of the month I can't help myself binging. And it's just going on my nerves,because it's so unnecessary!
