I bought Shona's workouts on vimeo and did the beginner routine for the first time this evening. Very similar to the glow guides workouts but combined with kettle bell and resistance band. Worth checking out if u like Shona's approach and fancy trying some different combos. Feeling the glute activation!!! 🍑🍑🍑
