Have been snacking loads these last 2 weeks. Put on 2 pounds and feel yucky again. Combination of exhaustion (always overeat when tired) and not able to exercise due to bad shoulder and hip pain. Really annoyed with myself as was doing so well. Tomorrow is another day so going to aim for gentle yoga when kids are in bed and only 1 snack!
