Hello, I'm going on holiday in two weeks and would love to lose some weight overall but find the exercises a little difficult...can I still do the meditation and a workout from YouTube or something? Or is the yoga workouts fairly good for beginners so should I try that? Also how long should I be exercising every day to lose weight? Xxx

The yoga is great for beginners. I was new to yoga when I started glow guides. Now can't get enough. Maddie does it so you only have to do 45 mins workout everyday. But alternating workout and yoga. Works really well. The workouts are OK for a beginner too but a little hard core. Just go slow. Good luck. Xx
