Hi girls ! I am re staring the guide Sunday in preparation for my holiday in 8 weeks ! Perfect timing to do an 8 week plan to gain confidence and be happy?? I think so!
I don't like the date & almond balls so does anyone have any suggestions for alternatives please ??? I like cashew nuts ? also I will be including some cardio in this plan as I use it to help with my anxiety so will I need another snack? Xxx
