Hi! Question. I know it's not all about the numbers on the scale, but I stepped on them this morning and put on 3lbs in just over a week...then proceeded to have an 'I don't care what I eat day'. Which was silly and harmful (uni work didn't help with that) But is there anything you can recommend for tomorrow for a bit of a reset? A day cleanse to get back on track? Had a weight loss goal for this programme and graduation and still want to reach it. Thanks! Xx

Hello gorgeous!! Like the girls have said above focus on how much goodness you're putting in your body!! A good way to reset is by drinking lots of water, lemon and ginger xx

You have to factor in that muscle weighs more than fat, so you may have gained muscle from the workouts? But I agree the scale means nothing! It does measure your beauty or potential

I wouldn't worry! My weight can change -/+5 lbs in a day. I agree with Autieflipper get rid of your scales, you will notice the difference in your clothes 😊

I put on weight in week one of the plan and was really disheartened- getting to a healthy weight was my goal and the plan is quite expensive if it fails. By week three my weight loss really ramped up though and I lost 6lbs - I think the extra veggies and beans bloated me up at the start. Hang on in there, it will work. As well as doing the plan I count calories to make sure I'm accidentally overeating when I do menu swaps.

Ditch the scales they don't help because it doesn't measure your muscle fat and water retention . I find scales triggering. I slip up some days then start again
