Hello, I recently purchased Sainsbury's own brand of coconut milk but a few reviews were saying it has additives. Could someone explain why additives are bad and what they add to food etc? Thank you x

I love Rude health and the additives are bad because they arent natural and often our bodies can't absorb them!! Stick to all natural ingredients that aren't processed and I promise you'll enjoy it much more! Xx

Hi, just had a look on Sainsbury's website and it seems to have Polysorbate 60 (a thickener/emulsifier/ stabiliser), Carboxymethylcellulose (a thickener/binder/stabiliser) Sodium Metabisulphite (a preservative/bleaching agent). Not sure if you can get it without🤔 The one in my cupboard had polysorbate and guar gum. I will check next time I shop!

Good question. I don't know so will wait for the answer. Unless it just means that if there are additives it will be processed. Xx
