Really struggled with food today as didn't enjoy the oats, they were too soggy so only managed half. The only off plan food I've had though is a banana and 2 clementines. Off coaching now so won't get in to eat till about half 8 😔 hoping it'll see me through! Mondays are always a struggle food wise for me, I eat in such a rush and I know it's not good for me! Looking forward to the salmon though 😊

I've got a different recipe that I used loads before Christmas so I'm going back to that 😊
