If your main goal is to lose weight with the plan do you need to cut things out? Or have smaller portions?

I had days off and incorporated meals from her books and other similar ones after about 12 weeks. To be honest my diet was rubbish before so this has been life changing for me in many ways. I had a horrible opinion of myself after many failed pregnancies and miscarriages. I think the self love part of this programme is what got me to stop bingeing then hating myself so more bingeing. It's broke that cycle so I think this is me for life. I never cut portion sizes really although some meals are huge, so I just eat till I'm full.
If you find it too much food just freeze some as all meals freeze really well. Good luck.
Xxx
Thanks Jenny 😊

That's great! Did you follow the plan for the full 5 months? Xx

I lost weight just following the plan. I guess it depends if you have much to lose. I lost over 2 and a half stone in 5 months but I had it to lose. Xx
