Hi ladies. For all those who have finished the programme, what exercises are you following? I had upped my exercise of strength and cardio to 5 times per week for 50mins to an hour and one yoga or Pilates session? However I am not sure if I am overdoing it? What do you all suggest? Xx

I have pic n mixed the exercises to suit how muscles feel and sometimes followed it with some yoga and in this weather a morning walk is great to get your body going. Granted I tend to walk quickly but still. Experimenting is the best way to
Figure out what works for you, you'll find some great HIIT, Tabata and yoga routines online that are not too long as well to fit in your day.

Madeleine do you suggest a mix of yoga, cardio and strength 5 times per week? X

Hello lovely! You can mix up the workouts but don't push yourself too hard. 30-40 mins per day is great 5 times a week xx

I would suggest more yoga less cardio. It was after I started a daily yoga practice my period returned - a year of nothing after stopping birth control xx

That's what I thought. Especially when trying to prepare my body for a baby! Maybe that's why even though I'm no longer underweight I'm still not getting my monthly cycle back? X
