Lots of salads and healthy bbq's with chicken, prawns, corn on the cobs etc. Don't worry too much about the plan just press 'pause' be as healthy as you can and start week 3 when you get back. It's all good xxbecky30over 2 yearsI'd say prep! We camp a lot and I make lots of nibble bits. Like the energy balls, frittatas, homemade trail mix. We take lots of salad stuff too. Don't forget the wine!
