Chia pudding, Coyo with fresh berries, smoothie (I add nuts, seeds and sometimes oats to smoothies to feel fuller). Today was super hot so I had a sliced boiled egg rolled in sesame seeds and turmeric with spinach leaves and half a sliced tomato.
