Hi, I'm just wondering what time everyone has to get up in the morning to fit in the 45min workout/yoga before work? X

Try some shorted workouts on you tube. That's what I do xx

So do you just do the workouts for 30 mins rather that the full video @ 45??
If they were shorter I'd probably manage a bit better 😕

I've been waiting for the British summer holiday! No kids in school halves the time of my commute so instead of having 30 mins extra in bed, I'm getting up the same time but squeezing in the yoga/workouts haha X

I struggle on this. I get up at 5:30 already, and keep going till 8 or 8:30. This week has been alright because I'm on leave, but I don't know how I am going to mange next week when I go back to work. 🤔

Honestly once you get in to the habit it'll become second nature. I love my sleep and used to hate getting up in the mornings but now I love it!! I feel all out of sync if I don't do it in the morning now xx

I like getting workouts out the way in the morning but getting up at 6am everyday to do it is easier said than done 😁 😴 X

I do mine after work cuz I have a 2 hour commute... Can't hack a 5am start!
