Finished the program a few weeks ago and have decided to start again. Have stuck to meals but snacks keep creeping in and have developed a popcorn addiction! Aiming to up the workouts from 2 yoga sessions a week to include 2 of the circuits workouts too. This will be a challenge in terms of finding time but also cause I love yoga and am not a fan of squats, push ups etc.
