So I've decided I'm going to incorporate both yoga and Pilates into my workout routine and see which way I naturally shift towards. I did yoga this morning and have to say felt a little bored but it was more relaxation than workout. I'll keep you all posted xx

If you google it , there are some videos / sequences to help with different postures . I suffer with scoliosis and sciatica and get tight muscles from running a lot and find this really helps.

My trouble is my low back dips in a lot and not sure if yoga is helping it? X

If you are finding it a bit slow and boring you could try power yoga or vinyasa flow which is a bit more dynamic😊
