Hey lovely glow girls! I would really appreciate your advice☺️ I managed to complete the first 3 weeks of the programme and felt great for it. I then had to go abroad with work for over 2 weeks and am now really struggling to get back on track😩. Anyone else found this?

I'm the same as jenny. Used to feel rubbish after slip ups but it feels so good when your back on track and if you want to change for life slip ups and holidays will always be around so just enjoy it and ease back in when you can. Xxx

I used to feel guilty for slip ups but you have to be kind to yourself. Today is a new day and you can do this 😘

I had a night out and thought I'd ruined it all. As long as you push through just 1 day you'll be back to it. I was really hard on myself and thought I couldn't be flexible but you totally can!! Good luck, lovely xx
