Feeling chuffed that I managed workout A yesterday but ouch it hurts today! No pain no gain I suppose. Felt like I needed a really good stretchy cool down afterwards. What does everyone else do to cool down and stretch out after workouts?

Thanks for your responses. I have a Pilates bolster that I use on my back. I haven't mastered the technique of rolling my legs yet! Will definitely check out the you tube recommendations. Thanks

Foam rolling is great for minimising aches and pains.

I normally do a nice stretch video on you tube :) fitness blender have good stretch videos or Tara stiles yoga xx
