So this morning I tried a smoothie for breakfast but I still feel hungry :( does anyone on here use a smoothie as a snack. That might be a better option 😋

You can add protein powder or oats xx

Try a frozen banana in it, scoop of protein powder and a spoonful of oats and it will be thick. I love a smoothie to eat with a spoon. If you use frozen berries too it's even more like ice cream and should take longer to eat/drink and keep you fuller for longer.

oh and sometimes add hemp seeds. Forgot to say by using frozen fruit it makes it really thick.

I often have one after my morning workout as I am super hungry. Always have a banana in it and I add protein powder and or peanut butter powder (depending on recipe.) Always have a cup of greens and then usually a cup to a cup and a half of frozen fruit.

Yes I use smoothie as a snack . After breakfast I then have juice or smoothie as mid morning snack

I have a smoothie for breakfast quite often, but when I do I have it a lot later in the day - usually around 1030. It doesn't fill me enough to lunch if I have it first thing. I tend to have veggie based ones - spinach lots of ginger cucumber and some apple

Frozen banana, almond butter, cinnamon, spinach and almond milk. I don't add loads of milk though as I like them thick! X

Yes I added a tablespoon of chia seeds but it seems very watery. I didn't even add a lot of liquid to it xx

Hi Jenny I have a breakfast smoothie with frozen cherries, organic protein powder, almond milk, vanilla extract and chia seeds apparently it's very good for adrenal glands and it's yummy- that seems to keep me full until lunch perhaps it's the chia seeds do you add them to yours? Xx

Yes I use smoothies as a snack! I don't find they keep me full long enough if I have them for brekkie! X
