Ok so I totally know it's not short term gain here but... The hubby is back from deployment on Tuesday any ideas on a quick cleanse /debloat plan??? My tummy and thighs are looking a little puffy even though I know I've lost weight. The exercise I admit has taken a hit to non existent whilst he's been away with work and toddler demands. But I still want to look at my best xx
