Spinach bread from ready steady glow turned out pretty good. I used rye flour as I had run out of buckwheat. Half is frozen and half in the fridge 👌🌿

It's very nice - highly recommend if u like savoury bread. The texture is like a scone or wheaten bread. Going to try with buckwheat flour next time 😊
