Could anyone over some advice/help? I have been feeling so so tired for a long time. Doing this programme and being more aware of nourishing my body has define helped but not completely! Some days I feel
like it makes me not a nice person as I become stressed and quick tempered. I've been to the dr and had lots of blood tests etc but these all come back as nothing wrong! Just wondered if anyone else had suffered with this or had any ideas to help?!
