Hi lovely Glow girls! I've been doing the program for a couple of weeks now and so far it's been amazing. The only thing is, I find I'm a saint food-wise throughout the day but as soon as I get home I want to eat EVERYTHING. And by everything I mean carbs, ha ha! Just wondering if anyone else has felt this way? Any advice/tips you have would be a great help!

Thanks so much for all your advice, lovely ladies! Nice to know I'm not the only one battling the munchies, ha ha. They usually hit right after dinner (weird since I've just eaten!), so I'll try to have a tea and occupy my mind with something else. X

Hi Jay, is this before or after your snack? My snack can sometimes trigger me to want to eat loads so trialling having it after dinner instead to see. Can you limit tempting foods in the house? If you have to have things for the family can you make sure it's brands or flavours you don't like?

Oh this is totally me! It's a battle at times. Still trying to overcome this but I find having a big drink instead helps. Coffee takes my mind off it. Also practicing mindful eating and consciously thinking how it makes me feel. All the best xxx

Ha I know what you mean - I like to do some yoga. If I keep myself busy I'm not eating crap xx

Hmmm this is one of my big problems in general too! Especially when tired 😞 But sometimes reminding myself that i'm not physically hungry ( it's only my stoopid brain) followed by a cup of peppermint tea helps. Alternatively, I take myself out of the situation, put on headphones and go out for a walk. Now if only I could only remember my own advice more often!!

Yes this is exactly me too!! I find it quite easy to be good during the week at work when I'm in a routine. It totally goes out the window!! Any tips would be great xx
