I love the turmeric milk but when I grate it, my fingers stay yellow all day and of course I manage to get it all over my clothes and other things no matter how many times I wash them. Any tips to get it off in one wash?! Ta x

Hi Maddie I've just started week 3 and just want to say I'm loving the food! I've just cooked the Spinach Pancake with sautéed mushrooms and tomatoes which says for 1 portion - is that correct as its a huge amount of food. Also the picture shows the spinach in with the mushrooms/tomatoes but the recipe doesn't state that - thanks x

Does it matter at what time you eat the date ball? Can it be in the evening (I usually crave something sweet after dinner..)? Or is it better to eat it in the afternoon and eat nothing after dinner? And my second question: will you release another (cook)book in the near future? I hope so because I absolutely love them!!! :)

I have just signed up to the plan but didn't realise that so many of the meals contained eggs. Is there something that I can use to substitute or can I just use any other meals from your books?

I find it very difficult to just have three meals and a snack, I usually need something at 10am too. What would you recommend at this time if the other snack at 4pm is something like a protein ball?

I understand we need to listen to our body's personal cues for hunger, however on less active days should we try to be eating less, or on a more active day aim to add another snack?

What is the best to eat,if you come home very late? I finish working everyday at 23:30 and I am mostly hungry afterwards,but don't know what to eat to sleep well and fast!

Do you know what causes mouth ulcers or how to prevent them. I've had a 'clean' diet for almost a year now. Low sugar and never refind. Although I'm not completely wheat and diary free I only ever have organic. It's better but I still get them every couple of months and so do my children. thanks
