I'm currently 17 weeks pregnant so have been off the wagon for a very long time, as I've just listened to my body and given it what it needs. I want to get back in to daily yoga, can anyone recommend what exercise they did whilst pregnant? Thanks 😊

Congratulations! I'm 19 weeks so have been off plan due to that too but trying to eat plenty of fruit and veg! I found some local pregnancy Pilates and yoga classes and have really loved them, great for preparing for labour too, and also lots of nice long walks. Wishing you all the best!xx

I loved Aqua natal when the was pregnant, especially towards the end. Most pools have classes and usually run by midwives / physiotherapists. That and a good yoga class tailored for pregnant ladies. Congratulations and hope you have a great pregnancy x
