Hi gang! Anyone here suffer from health anxiety by any chance? Xx

I'm in the middle of CBT and honestly for me it's been so life changing. I would suffer with anxiety in regards to travelling and in the past six months ive managed to get my driving test and get on a plane for the first time in 7 years. It really is worth a go for sure. I also find books really helpful too. there's loads of good one on mindfulness and CBT. The Bach flower remedies are great. I take rescue remedy for anxiety. theres also pastels as well which are good. and I take larch drops as well as they are for confidence and self belief in times of strain. hope that helps

Hi, I'm interested in what you say about coming off medication, would you share your experience? I've been taking Them for approaching 6 years and worry that I need to get off them but when I try I feel dreadful. Thanks

It's called Rescue Remedy here sweets - Boots or Holland and Barrett sell it xx

Ah they're amazing! Here in South Africa they're made by a company called Natura, but I'm sure there are many companies out there that make them (maybe try online?). It's a mixture of flower essence and you can honestly feel your body just relax. I'm loving this yoga and meditation too it does help so so much ❤️ Yes I totally agree, try avoid medication as far as you can, I used to take and it was just horrible especially coming off them again x

Ooh what are rescue drops? Been to the docs and was offered cbt and tablets but def don't want to go down that road; it's just not for me. I've got really into yoga and this meditation and it's helped heaps xx

When I feel my anxiety getting bad I turn to rescue drops (I find them more effective than the tablets), the relief is amazing! I even have before bed if I've been struggling to sleep and the fact that they're natural is even better. Otherwise I make some chamomile tea and also sprinkle a few drops of lavender essential oil around my room - especially when I have a lot of work to get through and it feels like too much. But I so get you ❤️

I have a very irrational fear of getting poorly and leaving my babies. I hate anxiety, it's the worst! Xx
