I was supposed to start yesterday, but I'm going away now for a few days, so thought I would start next weekend instead. how have people found following the plan, when away?

I allow myself one evening a week for alcohol. If we go out anywhere I insist on driving, so I can't have a drink. I've found it so hard considering I'm on my summer holidays! It's getting easier though, keep going!

I really hope this works. I'm so motivated in the gym now, but my eating is letting it all down. well mainly my drinking. the summer seems to turn me in to a wineoholic!! prosecco play dates are a killer.

When I've been away I've tried to just be mindful when ordering, asking places to hold the sauces and staying away from overly sugary things. Welcome to the glow!

Welcome.
I mainly stick to salad with fish and chicken and just avoid sugar and starchy carbs like bread and potatoes. Good luck X
