Hi everyone. Ive had a bad cold (sore throat, blocked nose and chesty cough) for a week now and want to still keep up with my exercise, does anyone have any tips for exercising when not feeling 100%? I'm going to France end of September and want to lose hopefully a stone by that time. Is that unrealistic or can it be done? Again, any tips? Thank you!

listen to your body....nourish it dont stress about the exercise or you could feelworse but agree if you feel up to something gentle go for it....yoga helps me in so many ways i would recommend that. get better soon xxx

Poor you. I don't think you should push yourself too much when poorly. Maybe some yoga and walking. It's doable yes depending on what you have to lose. Try not to focus on the end goal though - get well and enjoy the journey to feeling better xx
