On week 5 and I'm slightly concerned how I'm going to manage without that afternoon snack...I'm always hungry!!

i found that the food filled me up and snacking wasnt so important

I had a snack. It was too hard not too but made sure to opt for something healthy like nuts, fruit, smoothie or an energy ball xx
