I'm new to this plan and have an extremely busy life! With my job I often start work at 5.30am and don't finish until 7/8pm so I struggle to have time to fit much else into my day. My jobs are often catered as well so it's hard to stick to any kind of diet 🙈
I really really want to give it a try but was wondering if anybody else has any tips for fitting everything in/sticking to it when you're really busy?!
