I'm new to this plan and have an extremely busy life! With my job I often start work at 5.30am and don't finish until 7/8pm so I struggle to have time to fit much else into my day. My jobs are often catered as well so it's hard to stick to any kind of diet 🙈
I really really want to give it a try but was wondering if anybody else has any tips for fitting everything in/sticking to it when you're really busy?!
Thanks

I sub meals when I'm super busy. I struggle to get the workouts in especially during the week so I go for a walk at lunch. Prep is key to help staying on the wagon. Also try and get enough sleep, we ubderestimate the importance of sleep.

On and off plan and sometimes stick to the things that work for you. I have found the cacao smoothie from Madeleine's book an absolute breeze in the morning. The work outs have been too difficult to fit in but have substituted them for an app on my phone that has the 7 minute workout. For me I have to be realistic about what can be done regularly with work and two small children.

Hi, I've gone on and off the plan as I found it hard to keep up when working long hours without spending all Sunday prepping. I really love the quick meals in Maddie's book so I substitute some of the more fiddly meals for these, hope that helps ☺️

Amazing thank you guys! I think a purchase of some lovely Kilner jars will be happening!! X

I tend to sit down at the start of each week and check over recipes to see which are more time consuming so I can have easier ones on busy days....the curries work well in a slow cooker too if you have one....X

I also use large Kilner jars that keep everything so fresh. I tend to double up like jenny said and store in the jars. I can prep food on the Sunday and it's still fresh by the Thursday👌🏻good luck!x

I'm not sure about all of them. They curries I guess can be frozen but I find most of the meals don't take too long. Maybe double up so you have lots of leftovers xx

I ask myself the same question!! It's not always that long but recently it has been and so I really struggle when it is like that!! Weekends I could use to prep meals do you think they would be okay if I cooked the weeks meals in advance and froze them?!

That's a very long day! How do you cope? Do you have a day where you might be able to prep meals? The overnight oats can be prepared in advance. Also with the exercise do what you can. Even if just 15mins at least you are getting in some movement and then spend longer when you have the time xx
