Hi Glow Girls, does anyone have any tips for remembering to do exercise/keeping motivated? I've struggled with exercising and eating healthily at the same time for years and still am having the same issue. When I'm doing one, I'm not doing the other, which is so frustrating and my exercise only lasts for a few days before I lose motivation again :( I really want to lose weight and get the body that I want, so does anyone relate to this or have any tips for motivation with fitness? Thank you x

That's amazing, well done! It's so hard to get in a routine so you should be so proud of yourself.

I do cardio or strength 3-4 times per week and yoga or Pilates twice a week. It's just part of my routine now :) you'll soon get into one too xxx

@Jenny Quinn , That's a great idea! I might not be able to wake up at 6am but will definitely get up a little earlier to do my workout. How many times a week would you say you exercise? You're very committed to get up at 6am!🙈 I hope I can get into a habit like that! Xx

Hey @ksham I always work out at 6am then eat breakfast after. I always do my workout first thing so nothing can get in the way xx

Hi Jenny, thank you so much for your reply. That's a great idea, what time do you usually schedule in your workouts and do you have your breakfast before or after? What happens if you have another commitment last minute and you have to cancel your workout? Xx

Hi lovely. I always make sure to plan my workouts a week in advance. I put them in my diary and that's my time with my self :) having it planned out is really motivating and it really is the best start to the day xxxx
