HELLO from Australia! ๐Ÿ’™ I'm so excited to see everyone training hard on the program. Seeing your comments and enthusiasm has inspired my own workouts out here, so thank you! If you're finding it hard just remember that it's designed to push you out of your comfort zone (that's where the magic happens) - but by all means, take rest when needed, follow along with Maddy's modifications and don't be afraid to use the pause button (no one will know!) ๐Ÿ™Š I'm on here too so shoot over your training questions ๐Ÿ‘ Anyone feel their booty burning yet? Justjoannah - I would always recommend checking in with a physician before undertaking a new training program - but especially if you're feeling stiff and ache-y. Take everything very easily and follow along with Maddy's modifications on the video. LOVE that you're doing it with your daughter! โค๏ธ

Hi Shona
I'm in my 50's (reasonably fit!)and doing the programme with my daughter. I just wanted to check the exercises are suitable for someone whose joints are a lot stiffer and achy than they used to be!

I'm not sure if I'm doing the single leg Glute raises right... When I do them I cannot feel it anywhere, so it doesn't really feel like its doing anything. Any ideas? x

Hi Harriet! All the movements are full body and so are working your core at all times. Core is one of those things that people confuse as being just "abs" but your core is anything that stabilises the trunk - this includes your back and even some hip muscles. Stick it out and you will improve core strength. Running is an amazing sport / exercise but is also usually a knee dominant movement (unless you're sprinting). This can cause the quads to be a little more active than the glutes during leg exercises. I would highly recommend spending a lot of time focusing on getting the glutes to switch on before you do the workout. Perhaps even pause the warm up, to add in an extra round of the single leg Glute raises to really wake them up before the workout. Hope that helps! Xxx

My legs are hurting! Not sure I'm activating the correct muscles even though I tried!! I'm a runner so my legs are the strongest and everything else is weak. I really need to work on my core. Do you have any tips??
