Hi all

I got the plan a few months ago, started it, got a new job, went off the rails! I want to get back into it however some of the meals are not for me. I've got both Madeleine's books, do you follow the food guide religiously or swap out meals for recipes from the books at all?

Also, do you do the exercise to the letter (I admit I found the workouts quite lengthy and found it hard to fit them all in but I could do 20 min hiits in my day I think)..

i had the same situation. if you stick to the food principles u will be ok u need to fit it in with your life. i also found the the exercise way too long but did the yoga ones instead.
