@Madeleine Shaw hi maddie! I'm flying to Australia next week! I know you must be an expert in this so just wanted to know what tips you have to help with sleep on the plane and what you do to help stay revitalised! We have a stop over for 3 hours so wondering how best to use my time!

Yeah it really makes a difference with jet lag and getting sick with everyone's germs! Origins do this really good overnight mask for you skin which I use the whole flight and just take off with a face wipe- it's clear so you don't look crazy but will help you skin- oh and maybe one of those mini Evian spritz bottles to refresh! Eye drops too for when you land helps with dry plane eyes! Sorry for the overload I just know I want to feel the best I can after that killer flight! Xx

Aw that's great advice!! Thank you!! I always thought it would be excessive taking my own food and drink, and I always end up eating for the sake of it and not because I'm actually hungry!! You're right I should take my own and then not feel so sluggish when I land! I guess doing some stretching as well will help!! Thank you for the advice 😘 xx

Hey Nicola- I moved from England to Australia and do that flight a few times a year! My best tip is to bring your own meals- it can't be anything liquid not even nut butters or hummus but everything else is fine! I normally make a couple of quinoa salads with chicken and roast veggies and then a few containers of chopped carrots and cucumber and peppers as a snack! Maybe a sweet treat too! As long as it's all eaten by the time you land in Aus it's fine! You can bring it through your stop overs- I've never had a problem at Dubai or Singapore! Also bring a water bottle you can keep refilling- I normally bring a few powdered greens sachets, vitamin c and magnesium to put in separately it really helps you stop feeling bad when you land! Also bring a couple of yummy herbal tea bags if you want so when they bring round tea and coffee you can just get hot water for your own relaxing brew! Have fun! Xx
