Hello girls/boys! Just signed into glow guides! Super excited. Just wondering if anyone has any recommend on what drinks to have as I can't see many post on the guide for it? I guess just water and herbal teas. Would green tea with honey be fine as it's natural sugar? @Madeleine Shaw

Welcome lovely :) any herbal teas are great. I also still drink coffee but just one cup a day and try and have good quality with almond milk. I also love infusing ice cold water with different flavours such as lemon, ginger, berries....and combination that works really. I hope you enjoy the plan xxxx

Hi Sophie and welcome! I've recently started having matcha green tea with coconut milk, which is delicious. Green tea and honey works well too. I love the different flavoured green years like salted caramel or mango. As a cold drink, I like icy water infused with mint, lemon and cucumber. Hope this helped! X
